This customer in the Austin area had some problems. Innovative-IDM was there to help. It takes a lot to receive such unsolicited accolades, yet we seem to get them time, and time, and time again. Think you ought to check out what everyone is talking about? This email came to our VP of Sales, Chad Kauffman, from the operations manager of one of our customers using centrifuge technology.

Dear Chad,
I would like to take the time to tell you how pleased I am with your company. After a rough start with all the back and forth over our Parker Zeta controller. Matt Miller and Jack Marsh came on site and troubleshot the Zeta controller we received from you. He loaded the correct software program and found a new pin that was not on our older controller that you replaced that needed to be jumpered to24 V. This really shows your commitment to quality and customer service. IDM could have left me in a tight spot. You had your money a long time ago….I really want you to know how impressed I am with the type of world class support received. I will recommend and use IDM without hesitation in the future.

After a long and competitive month of dedication to customers, extra hours, and old fashioned team work; we have found ourselves at the end of April. The race was close with “Santeliz Police” leading most of the month, but with a few last minute legendary acts “4 J’s BELT” was able to pull ahead for the big “W”!

After hosting technical training classes for four years in Tulsa a various hotel classrooms, we finally had our first technical training class today at the Innovative-IDM Tulsa facility. The subject was basic OMRON PLC training, and our students — it could be you, next time — were treated to a comfortable setting with instructor Matt Meeker. Tomorrow is advanced PLC training. You can find future training classes all over the Southwest offered by Innovative-IDM here.
Innovative-IDM Tulsa is located on the Northeast side of town, near I-244 and 169 at 10121 East Admiral Place. Or you can call us at 918.254.8646. Ask for Lorne. He might hook you up with a camo hat.
Also, Tulsa customers, our inaugural customer appreciation event for Tulsa is May 22 at our store. Food, fun and drinks. Y’all c’mon! Think you can make it?

We get notes from customers all of the time. Sometimes, like below, the simplest ones have the most meaning.
You guys are good people, and have fair to great prices for us. I appreciate honestly and I feel I receive that from you guys. In the business world is seems that is lost, so when I do run into that I will remember it.
