“Things, they are a changing”

When you walk through the Dallas Manufacturing department, there are many examples of improvements that have been made throughout the last year.

Here is what the Quality Control area looked like as of yesterday.

In the spirit of lean manufacturing, there have been some new changes to the QC area.

A once congested station has been transformed into a  streamlined area with ample room to work and test

The biggest improvement made is the the “All-In-One” QC cart. This little beauty enables the freedom of mobility and versatility.

  1. Cool post. Love the photos of the QC cart, which allows QC to be more flexible in the shop. Thanks for sharing. What about making one of those carts for the Houston shop as well?
