Recently a customer called our support team complaining about an alignment issue in their dual belt drive system. As the machine was in motion the second carriage would lag the first carriage ever so slightly, but would always catch up at the end of the move. we noticed the error followed the motors and determined that the integrator had used the industry common Gearing (Camming or Following) design in the controller to synchronize the two units.
