I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for the excellent service your company provided thru Percy Foster.
Mr. Foster was facing a very difficult situation in troubleshooting problems we were experiencing with our splicers. He faced poor installation layouts, bad wiring techniques used to install the upgrades in our splicers, and jumpered repairs performed in house in order to provide power where needed on the splicers. The task was overwhelming for ourselves, considering we work on the equipment on a daily basis. Nevertheless, Mr. Foster was willing to accept the challenge of repairing two splicers. He was available when needed over the weekend, which is very important to our production, even though it meant pulling him away from his personal life and family, and always had a smile while working in our plant.
Mr. Foster is methodical and very meticulous in his troubleshooting abilities, which enabled him to locate the problems we had on both splicers. We are deeply appreciative of his dedication to the job, his courteous manners, and his professionalism as it relates to customer relations, and the ability to diagnose the root cause of a problem.
Mr. Foster completed has alleviated some of our concerns with the two splicers, and has provided us with time to concentrate on other issues.
